Location: Must be based in West Bend or Fond du Lac (Office 4 days per week)

Salary: $24,000 plus commissions

What you will do

• Build a book of business and grow client relationships through outreach and community events.
• Provide financial advice, solicit appropriate products, and write recommendations to help clients gain financial clarity.
• Obtain necessary industry licenses including Resident state Life, Health, Annuity, SIE, and Series exams.
• Utilize financial tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, and What-If Tax.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisors on complex financial scenarios and participate in joint fieldwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration/insurance licensing verification.
• Strong computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
• Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive and confidential information.
