What you will do

• Conduct pre-underwriting research and validations for commercial vehicle retail and lease financing on Business Customers and Guarantors.
• Validate business legitimacy using Secretary of State websites and document results in the system of record.
• Obtain and capture business and personal credit reports from Dunn & Bradstreet and other credit bureaus.
• Perform Lexis Nexis searches and conduct OFAC research using Bridger Insight.
• Manage and enter New Express Line of Credit requests through Salesforce.
• Monitor credit-related group mailboxes and dealer chats to route information appropriately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to work in Arlington, TX (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office).
• Must not require visa sponsorship for this position.
• General knowledge of the vehicle financing process flow and credit reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily research, summarization, and content generation.
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency.
