Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in London)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, proactively shaping hiring strategies and anticipating future talent needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles, from initial brief through to offer and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and map competitive markets.
  • Coordinate a shared pool of flexible TA experts to scale capacity during high-volume periods or for specific geographies.
  • Track and report on key metrics (time to hire, quality of hire) to identify process gaps and improve scalability.
  • Maintain rigorous ATS discipline and ensure all hiring processes are documented and auditable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience with a track record of owning business relationships.
  • Experience recruiting across various functions, including technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a proven ability to engage passive talent.
  • Experience briefing and coordinating external or flexible recruitment resources.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive recruitment decisions and business conversations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (3 days per week).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated, fast-moving industries.
  • Familiarity with global hiring, particularly across Europe and APAC regions.
  • Exposure to TA operating model design or function-building in scaling organizations.
  • Experience with employer branding or targeted attraction campaigns.
