What you will do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and external talent partners.
• Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain ATS data and report on metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments (50+ hires annually).
• Background recruiting for customer-facing, operational, sales, or property-related roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment data reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
