What you will do

• Manage end-to-end renewal execution including Salesforce updates and contract generation.
• Ensure high accuracy across all deal fields, contract terms, and documentation.
• Generate and manage contracts using Ironclad.
• Coordinate internal approvals and track signature status.
• Execute churn updates and maintain clean system records.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines
• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps within a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with a CLM tool, preferably Ironclad.
• High attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
• Ability to work asynchronously with a high degree of ownership.
