What you will do

• Execute end-to-end license compliance outreach and reviews for an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Interpret multi-product licensing and contractual terms to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Analyze license purchase and deployment data to identify potential compliance gaps.
• Support Field Sales on customer calls to clarify audit data requests and move reviews toward resolution.
• Track and progress active compliance cases through the workflow, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to process improvements by documenting recurring issues and updating standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in license compliance audits, software asset management (SAM), or license management.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Renewals, or Contract Management is also considered.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and with resilience within global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases and record repository applications, including SFDC and ServiceNow.
