What you will do

• Manage all post-sale contract activity, including amendments, upsells, downsells, and renewal execution.
• Ensure all contract changes and customer entitlements are accurately reflected in Salesforce and downstream systems.
• Act as the operational bridge between Sales/Customer Success and Legal for non-standard terms or escalations.
• Maintain high data integrity across Salesforce records and utilize reporting dashboards to track churn and renewals.
• Review incoming orders and renewal documentation for pricing accuracy and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure billing alignment and revenue accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Experience in contract or commercial operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Solid understanding of subscription contracts and the revenue implications of contract changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must be based in São Paulo to support the hybrid work format.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM tools or Salesforce CPQ.
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue models and churn mechanics.
• Familiarity with billing and finance system integrations.
