What you will do

• Liaise between clients, commercial teams, and operational departments to ensure BAU deliverables maintenance and delivery.
• Coordinate post-production and pre-delivery checks and manage the incident resolution process according to formalized RACI.
• Translate client needs and business expectations into technical specifications for operational solutions and product enhancements.
• Drive the design and delivery of operational projects, including preparing impact analyses on syndicated data.
• Triage tickets and cooperate with various operations departments to ensure adherence to SLAs and service standards.
• Proactively suggest improvements and new solutions for client databases to drive revenue and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong technical understanding of operations production platforms and capabilities.
• Good understanding of the local FMCG industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex operational topics simply.
