What you will do

• Support research and provide insights into channels to help vendors and partners develop go-to-market strategies.
• Produce high-quality data and insights to support global research efforts.
• Create research deliverables including data sets, presentations, reports, and surveys.
• Conduct research interviews and create questionnaires for global projects.
• Utilize digital research tools to analyze global partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• Prior experience in market research and technology partner ecosystems is essential.
• Exceptional data analytical skills and ability to identify future technology ecosystem trends.
• Excellent communication skills for responding to client inquiries and addressing the press.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong English language verbal and written skills are essential.
• Must be based in Penang, Malaysia, for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for research purposes.
• Fluency in a language other than English.
