What you will do

• Own key month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Establish and improve scalable accounting processes, documentation, and internal controls.
• Manage accounting for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and cash.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and support financial reporting schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, Legal, and Tax teams.
• Drive efficiency by implementing AI-assisted workflows and automation tools.

Requirements

• ~5 years of experience in accounting or audit, with Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
