What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and maximize the performance of a team of 5 Strategic Account Sales Representatives.
- Drive 100% achievement of the region's sales plan and manage annual budget planning.
- Supervise all sales activities, providing direction consistent with company goals.
- Handle personnel actions including hiring, training, performance management, and termination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license and passport for occasional overnight travel.
- Must comply with Healthcare Customers' vaccination and credentialing requirements for entry into clinical settings.
