What you will do
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and proactive selling.
- Execute strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and cross-sell growth across multiple solution lines.
- Identify and qualify cross-selling opportunities for CXM, DCS, and LOCKER solutions.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, aligning company capabilities with client strategic priorities.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to coordinate complex solution sales.
- Represent the voice of strategic customers internally to influence the go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an enterprise sales professional in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Track record of developing and growing large, matrixed customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of value-based, consultative, and multi-solution selling.
- Excellent commercial acumen, forecasting discipline, and executive communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (Hybrid).
