What you will do

• Build and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript with a focus on clarity, performance, and maintainability.
• Refactor legacy and complex code to improve readability, testability, and long-term maintainability.
• Identify and resolve issues across the stack with robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Improve frontend developer experience through tooling, testing practices, performance optimization, and open-source contributions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with complex or long-lived codebases.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code and refactor existing systems.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical details and trade-offs.
• Ownership, reliability, independent work, collaboration, and interest in mentoring others.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, software, computer engineering, or management information systems is preferred, or equivalent experience.
