Front-End Web Specialist (Storyblok)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with in-person work at a company hub three days per week and residence within commuting distance required. Relocation support may be available for certain roles. Up to 20 Work from Anywhere days per year are offered as a benefit.

What you will do

• Build and ship pages and components in Storyblok, including configuration, staging, QA, and production deployment across market versions.
• Own web request intake by qualifying, triaging, estimating complexity, identifying dependencies, and enforcing briefing standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery between developers and business stakeholders while maintaining the web backlog, sprint board, scope, ownership, and blockers.
• Perform technical release QA across rendering, functionality, browsers, and devices.
• Support CRO initiatives by setting up A/B tests, documenting hypotheses, and tracking experiment results.
• Maintain intake templates and triage criteria, and provide status updates and pipeline reports to web leadership.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web operations, technical or digital project management, or web production, preferably with hands-on CMS or front-end exposure.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, CMS structures, staging and production workflows, and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for production work, including drafting and QA, with the ability to identify unreliable AI output.
• Ability to scope requests, estimate complexity, prioritize competing work, and brief external developers independently.
• Strong communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and writing clear briefs, QA notes, and status updates.
• English is the official language at the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Storyblok or another headless CMS.
• Knowledge of web analytics, conversion tracking, A/B testing, CRO tools, or basic SQL.
• Experience briefing or QAing development teams.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, page performance, and SEO fundamentals.
