Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. The 3-month role starts in January 2027 and requires authorization to work in the job's location.

Nebius builds a full-stack AI cloud platform for data processing, model training, and production deployment, including compute, storage, networking, and applied AI infrastructure.

What you will do

• Design and build interfaces for complex infrastructure and operational workflows.
• Improve developer tools for testing, releasing, and monitoring services.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and operations engineers to turn requirements into practical solutions.
• Improve shared frontend build systems, project tooling, libraries, templates, and test automation.
• Implement tested features through development and release, write maintainable code, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Current university student in Computer Science or a related field, recent graduate, or early-career specialist.
• Experience with at least one programming language, preferably TypeScript or Go.
• Experience building user interfaces with React through studies, internships, personal projects, open-source contributions, or professional work.
• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, and Git.
• Strong problem-solving, curiosity, openness to feedback, clear communication, and effective collaboration in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
• Authorization to work in the Netherlands is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automated testing.
• Knowledge of common programming paradigms and programming-language trade-offs.
