What you will do

• Manage the full buyer journey from exchange of contracts to practical completion as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate daily with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure completions take place on time.
• Communicate construction and site updates proactively to buyers throughout the process.
• Identify and resolve risks such as mortgage offer expiries, solicitor delays, and snagging issues.
• Maintain accurate buyer status and key milestones in the CRM and pipeline trackers.
• Refer buyers to group partners for complementary services like lettings and furniture packs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to Manchester (Hybrid)
• 2-4+ years of experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, new-build property, mortgages, or estate agency.
• Working knowledge of off-plan and new-build completion processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with buy-to-let or investor-focused property sales.
