What you will do
- Process sales orders and manage database updates within the CRM system.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via email and Live Chat systems.
- Track, assign, and ensure timely follow-up of leads.
- Manage software trials for potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth account handovers to Account Management.
- Generate reports on key metrics and market intelligence.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in administration or sales support.
- Proven experience in direct customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar, Act, Goldmine).
- High level of IT literacy and professional communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in Antrim, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Google Workspace.
