What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and align on recruitment strategies.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience and manage offer negotiations aligned with company guidelines.
• Implement and leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and automation to optimize sourcing and screening.
• Track recruitment metrics and pipeline performance within ATS platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
• Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with ATS and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or Lattice.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with AI solutions and automation in HR processes is highly valued.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
