Looking for a TA role in fintech where you can own hiring end-to-end and help shape the candidate experience in a fast-moving international environment?

Scale Final is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing People & Talent team in Cyprus. This role combines full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnership, employer branding, and process improvement across both technical and commercial hiring.

What you’ll do:
— Own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, product, sales, and operations
— Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, sourcing strategy, and interview processes
— Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative channels
— Manage and optimize ATS workflows (Zoho Recruit)
— Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency through data
— Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
— Support employer branding, partnerships, and recruitment marketing initiatives
— Contribute to hiring process improvements, onboarding, and interview training

What they’re looking for:
— 4+ years in in-house or agency recruitment
— Experience hiring across both technical and commercial roles
— Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
— ATS / structured recruitment process experience
— Strong stakeholder management with confidence to challenge when needed
— Nice to have: fintech / trading / scale-up experience, employer branding exposure
