What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, prioritize roles, and ensure talent density.
• Improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• Provide transparent, timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Bachelor degree
• 4+ years of experience recruiting for tech and business roles in startups
• 1+ year of experience as the primary owner of the hiring process
• Experience negotiating and advising area leaders on hiring strategies
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
