What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, prioritize roles, and ensure talent density.
- Improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Provide transparent, timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- Bachelor degree
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for tech and business roles in startups
- 1+ year of experience as the primary owner of the hiring process
- Experience negotiating and advising area leaders on hiring strategies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
