What you will do

• Lead multi-year AI and data platform strategy aligned with business, operational, and regulatory priorities.
• Own and evolve the enterprise data platform (e.g., Snowflake), optimizing architecture, scalability, and performance.
• Establish governance frameworks for data and AI, including standards, intake processes, and value tracking.
• Build enterprise AI capabilities, including LLM integrations, prompt libraries, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead MLOps and AgentOps practices to ensure the operational reliability and version control of AI systems.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Compliance to ensure AI solutions are auditable and secure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI-related leadership roles.
• Proven experience building and scaling cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience enabling enterprise AI tools, including LLM-based systems and prompt engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and FinOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or wealth management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems (Data Cloud, Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud).
• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
