What you will do

• Build and ship hands-on: scope workflows end-to-end, develop agents and automation pipelines, debug integrations, tune prompts, and ensure production-grade evals and observability.
• Lead and develop the Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineers team: hire, manage, set success criteria on throughput, quality, cost, and cycle time.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and G&A leadership: prioritize AI opportunities, build business cases with ROI and KPIs, act as technical advisor.
• Own full deployment lifecycle: from discovery to production, including human-in-the-loop checkpoints, handoffs to Platform with documentation, SLAs, and instrumentation.
• Navigate stakeholders: drive change management, report business impact, ensure compliance with IT, Security, Legal.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US (inferred from US Remote and benefits).
• Hands-on technical depth: code agents, debug production systems, strong LLM/agent knowledge (prompting, context, tools, RAG, evals).
• Proficient with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, Python scripting, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP).
• Leadership: track record leading technical teams as player-coach, earn trust with business stakeholders, strong communication.
• Operational rigor: security/compliance mindset, own handoffs and governance, think in KPIs and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Prior forward-deployed engineering or AI technical operations experience.
• Hands-on with agentic platforms (CrewAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Claude).
• Background in SG&A functions (Finance, Sales Ops, Legal Ops, HR).
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, GxP, SOX).
