What you will do

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed architectural models using BIM tools.
• Manage and coordinate BIM data across multiple project teams to ensure data integrity.
• Perform clash detection and model validation using coordination software.
• Support the integration of data-driven workflows within architectural projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design intent and technical requirements.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting or BIM modeling.
• High level proficiency in Revit.
• Strong experience with Solibri for model checking and coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and data management principles.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
