What you will do

• Define and build the company's personality and tone of voice across all organic surfaces in partnership with the CEO.
• Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
• Transition messaging from purely functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to enhance trust and engagement.
• Drive customer growth and brand affinity through creative organic content on social media and community platforms like Reddit.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and copywriting.
• Proven track record with organic channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer brands.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
