What you will do

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the product and customer personas, aligning initiatives with strategic company goals.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact problems using data analysis and a defined prioritization framework.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to evaluate solution options and break initiatives into value-driven milestones.
  • Validate product outcomes by measuring delivered features against success metrics and iterating based on usage data.
  • Manage and groom the product backlog to maximize development value and ensure team alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer success to drive feature uptake.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing AI into a SaaS product and bringing it to market.
  • Experience in B2B software and a portfolio of products brought to market.
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in product management with significant customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
