Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Translate staffing and recruiting workflow challenges into AI-powered product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI products and capabilities, prioritizing based on customer input and market needs.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists, UX Designers, and Developers to drive AI product development.
• Drive rapid iteration cycles for AI-powered products, validating assumptions and continuously improving products based on feedback.
• Lead cross-functional launch activities, ensuring Marketing, Sales, Support, and Professional Services are prepared and aligned.
• Monitor product health indicators and synthesize inputs to drive ongoing roadmap decisions and product investments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role with an enterprise B2B SaaS product company.
• Experience in staffing or recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in AI-powered workflow transformation, automation, and operational systems.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies and workflows, including large language models and AI-assisted workflows.
• Technical background or demonstrated experience working on technically complex software products.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear language for various audiences.
