TL;DR

Location: Must be based in and able to work full-time in the US or Canada

Salary: 120,000 - 160,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Conduct frequent customer discovery to understand governance workflows and pain points.
  • Set product direction and roadmap priorities by balancing customer needs and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Define detailed product requirements and user stories to guide efficient development.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Implementation to ensure successful product launches.
  • Utilize AI tools to prototype ideas, accelerate discovery, and improve customer workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
  • Proven track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Ability to live and work full-time in the US or Canada.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to translate insights into product decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Legal-tech, Fintech, or other complex enterprise software environments.
