What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Lead the development of intelligent customer-facing experiences from ideation through global production rollout.
• Partner with engineering to design prompts, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and system architecture for AI solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation rates and response quality through structured experimentation.
• Act as the primary translator between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external AI partners to evaluate and deploy emerging model capabilities and innovations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 4+ years of experience in technical product management or consulting in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of modern LLM systems, AI agents, and applied AI product development.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to discuss APIs and architecture.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in SQL and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to define product metrics, run experiments, and drive measurable impact.

Nice to have

• Experience working in startup environments.
• Exposure to regulated or high-scale production AI systems.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks.
