TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Hospitality): Responsible for establishing and growing hirify.global’s enterprise business across EMEA by identifying and signing partnerships with new hotel groups and chains with an accent on driving Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth. Focus on hunting new logos from a defined target list and maximizing expansion within the existing portfolio.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin

What you will do

  • Generate new revenue through the acquisition of new multi-property groups and manage a small number of high-growth existing groups.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture opportunities with high-value multi-property groups across the EMEA region.
  • Drive new business and strategically manage customer solutions, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of revenue management and hotel tech.
  • Own commercial discussions, defend value, and negotiate key contractual terms.
  • Manage a small portfolio of existing groups with low property penetration and unlock growth across the entire group.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create a winning strategy for unlocking growth.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in consultative selling, preferably in technology or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in closing >$1m new business.
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and the travel technology landscape.
  • Highly resilient with a positive and tenacious attitude.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to solution sell and present as a subject matter expert.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers.
  • Fluency in German and English; other European languages are a plus.
