TL;DR

Enterprise Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Generating and closing net-new business within large supplier organizations with an accent on outbound prospecting and opportunity conversion. Focus on navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging executive stakeholders, and positioning supply chain solutions as mission-critical investments.

Location: Hybrid: Regular in-office presence required at the Minneapolis office

Compensation: Total annualized on-target compensation is $220,000

What you will do

  • Prospect for new clients through email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and other strategic outreach.
  • Build relationships using a prescriptive approach to help customers understand the value of Full Service products.
  • Orchestrate the full sales cycle and align with key stakeholders to maximize revenue.
  • Create and deliver persuasive executive-level presentations to drive purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design and present effective customer solutions.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to upsell or cross-sell as client business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (including 4+ years of quota-carrying sales) OR 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success managing large Enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify complex customer challenges and articulate value-added solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis office (Hybrid)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Prior experience in the Retail and SaaS industries.
