What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling within the account portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities from existing accounts and target prospects.
- Proactively manage account churn by identifying risks early and implementing retention strategies.
- Lead complete sales cycles, including negotiations, contracting, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Solutions Sales and Client Success teams to maximize long-term customer value.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales, senior inside sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build professional relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English and Swedish.
- Must be based in or able to work in Stockholm, Sweden.
