Salary: $140,000–$150,000 base salary (Total Target Compensation: $290,000–$300,000).

What you will do
- Manage a high-value portfolio within the assigned regional sales territory.
- Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue through cross-selling and expansion.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales pipeline and revenue data.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate complex pricing structures and contracts.
- Execute sales strategies to advance solution utilization in collaboration with strategy and customer success teams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and conduct customer presentations and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience in Medical Device or Medtech sales, with at least 3 years in a closing role.
- Successful sales experience in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in digital health and SaaS/SaMD sales.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced data analytic tools.
