TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Medtech): Driving market adoption of AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions for heart disease with an accent on provider sales and high-value account management. Focus on developing regional sales strategies, negotiating complex contracts, and expanding the utilization of hirify.global’s technology within hospitals and imaging centers.

Location: Must be based in Lower Manhattan or Long Island, New York. Role requires up to 75% overnight travel.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 base salary (Total Target Compensation: $290,000–$300,000).

What you will do

  • Manage a high-value portfolio within the assigned regional sales territory.
  • Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue through cross-selling and expansion.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales pipeline and revenue data.
  • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate complex pricing structures and contracts.
  • Execute sales strategies to advance solution utilization in collaboration with strategy and customer success teams.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and conduct customer presentations and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience in Medical Device or Medtech sales, with at least 3 years in a closing role.
  • Successful sales experience in a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in digital health and SaaS/SaMD sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced data analytic tools.
