What you will do

• Design and operationalise a multi-stakeholder coordination framework for locally led resource mobilisation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and dialogues across CSOs, donors, private sector, and government stakeholders.
• Map funding opportunities and maintain a dynamic database of stakeholders and funding streams.
• Synthesise best practices into practical guidelines for funding attraction, governance, and risk management.
• Facilitate peer learning and skill-building on funding attraction and adaptive leadership for local partners.
• Support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement in collaboration with the thematic programme team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in humanitarian, development, or peacebuilding contexts.
• Proven expertise in multi-stakeholder facilitation, policy development, and partnership building.
• Strong knowledge of donor funding mechanisms, grant management, and resource mobilisation strategies.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Ukrainian context.
• English: C1 proficiency required (Ukrainian language skills are highly desirable).
