Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $133,000–$199,000 annual U.S. salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Draft and revise Trust & Safety policies covering fraud, identity risk, content moderation, campaign integrity, prohibited fundraising, and platform abuse.
• Identify policy gaps and recommend policy, guidance, or product changes using enforcement, appeal, calibration, and external data.
• Define policy terms, thresholds, decision criteria, and consequences across content, accounts, and payments.
• Own policy architecture, standards, lifecycle management, and performance measurement.
• Lead calibration and appeals policy with operations teams and translate policy criteria into automation and detection requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Communications, and Go To Market teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of policy experience, including substantial ownership of fraud, identity, or transactional risk policy.
• Experience creating or substantially revising policies implemented at scale and managing their full lifecycle.
• Experience operationalizing policy through enforcement guidance, reviewer training, calibration, and escalation criteria.
• Ability to write clear, enforceable policies and explain tradeoffs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work with sensitive material, including disturbing or offensive content related to violence, exploitation, or self-injury.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience in content policy development.
• Experience with fundraising, donations, crowdfunding, or nonprofit-adjacent platforms.
• Experience translating policy into automated detection requirements and evaluating enforcement and accuracy data.
