What you will do

  • Design and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and profitability within the South region.
  • Meet sales targets by establishing opportunities and developing strategies to maximize business growth.
  • Provide clinical support to customers, including training, education, evaluations, and troubleshooting in theater and critical care environments.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Applications Team to support study days and training courses at the Derby Centre of Excellence.
  • Manage customer education and marketing materials via Showpad and provide regular intelligence updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Support clinical trials and promotional activities as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial and sales acumen.
  • Proven experience within medical device or healthcare sales.
  • Experience within cardiac surgery, vascular, or interventional radiology.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and procurement processes.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism within theater and critical care environments.
  • Must be able to travel up to 80% (including an estimated 20% overnight travel) to meet role requirements.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across accounts and hospital departments in the territory.
  • Experience with consumable sales.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
