What you will do
- Design and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and profitability within the South region.
- Meet sales targets by establishing opportunities and developing strategies to maximize business growth.
- Provide clinical support to customers, including training, education, evaluations, and troubleshooting in theater and critical care environments.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Applications Team to support study days and training courses at the Derby Centre of Excellence.
- Manage customer education and marketing materials via Showpad and provide regular intelligence updates to the Sales Manager.
- Support clinical trials and promotional activities as directed by management.
Requirements
- Strong commercial and sales acumen.
- Proven experience within medical device or healthcare sales.
- Experience within cardiac surgery, vascular, or interventional radiology.
- Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and procurement processes.
- Ability to maintain professionalism within theater and critical care environments.
- Must be able to travel up to 80% (including an estimated 20% overnight travel) to meet role requirements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across accounts and hospital departments in the territory.
- Experience with consumable sales.
- Experience using Salesforce.
