What you will do

  • Design and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Develop relationships with key influencers and clinicians to provide optimal solutions for patient care.
  • Provide clinical support, including training, education, evaluations, and troubleshooting in theatre and critical care environments.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Applications Team to support study days and training courses at the Derby Centre of Excellence.
  • Manage account activities and provide market intelligence to the Sales Manager using Salesforce.
  • Support promotional activities and assist regulatory and marketing teams with implementation items.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial and sales acumen.
  • Proven experience within medical device or healthcare sales.
  • Experience within cardiac surgery, vascular, or interventional radiology.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, procurement processes, and tendering.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%, including approximately 20% overnight travel.
  • Must be based in or able to cover the Scotland, North East, and Yorkshire regions.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across hospital departments within the territory.
  • Experience with consumable sales.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.
