Senior Product Development Project Management Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States, or Galway, Ireland; onsite office role

Salary: USD 118,400–177,600 in the United States; EUR 64,640–96,960 in Ireland. Eligible for a short-term hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects for new product development, continuous improvement, and product lifecycle management.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and timelines, and oversee execution from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate project teams across product development, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality, operations, supplier quality, and product marketing.
• Review project status and budgets, prepare reports, and develop mechanisms for monitoring progress.
• Assess project issues, develop resolutions, and support productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Gather, plan, elicit, and manage requirements while maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with no required experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• For roles in the United States, unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level.
• Degrees earned outside the United States must meet the applicable U.S. degree-equivalency requirements.
