Associate Project Manager, R&D; Services (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid position in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance. The role does not offer relocation.

Annual salary: $77,700–$80,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage Instructions for Use and product labeling projects.
• Organize cross-functional initiatives for the Technical Publications team.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Improve templates, workflows, and project management standards for technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Experience facilitating discussions and supporting project meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and use project management software and build productive relationships across functions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from within reasonable commuting distance of Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
