Associate Project Manager, R&D Services (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid role in Chelmsford, Massachusetts; applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Relocation is not offered.

Annual salary: $77,700–$80,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate Instructions for Use and product labeling projects for the Technical Publications team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and drive accountability.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, follow up on actions, and support execution.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Improve documentation templates, workflows, and project management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Experience facilitating discussions and supporting meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and use project management software, build productive relationships, solve problems, and demonstrate leadership.
