hirify.global is building a privacy-first compliance and age verification infrastructure (the Age Layer) to help digital platforms manage age restrictions globally.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue.
  • Build targeted ABM strategies for enterprise prospects in gaming, AI, and social media.
  • Create and manage campaign assets including webinars, email sequences, and landing pages.
  • Own Hubspot-based marketing operations and channel attribution reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Policy teams to align messaging with buyer pain points.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to scale campaign production and personalization.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or growth.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or compliance/security sectors.
  • Expertise in Hubspot and AI tools (e.g., Claude) for orchestration and reporting.
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns (Paid, Email, Events, ABM).
  • Strong analytical skills for funnel conversion and pipeline reporting.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to gaming, AI, or EdTech companies.
  • Background in developer platforms, APIs, or identity products.
  • Experience building demand generation programs at Series A to C stage companies.
  • Proven success marketing across both US and APAC regions.
  • Event marketing or production experience.
