TL;DR
Senior People Enablement Specialist (HR/L&D): Managing company-wide enablement strategy, including LMS administration, training program design, and employee experience initiatives with an accent on scaling learning solutions and virtual event coordination. Location: Must be based in the United States (preference for NY, Seattle, LA, or Miami metro areas).
Salary: $120,000–$135,000 plus company bonus.

What you will do
- Administer the Litmos LMS, including content management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Design and deliver scalable training programs, e-learnings, and job aids for onboarding and development.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and translate them into actionable learning solutions.
- Coordinate virtual and remote employee experience events and support in-office enablement sessions.
- Track and analyze enablement metrics to drive continuous imment and program effectiveness.
- Maintain the integrity of enablement resources across Guru, intranet, and shared drives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Enablement.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience administering an LMS and using data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline).
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for event execution.
