Salary: $120,000–$135,000 plus company bonus.

What you will do

• Administer the Litmos LMS, including content management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Design and deliver scalable training programs, e-learnings, and job aids for onboarding and development.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and translate them into actionable learning solutions.
• Coordinate virtual and remote employee experience events and support in-office enablement sessions.
• Track and analyze enablement metrics to drive continuous imhirify.globalment and program effectiveness.
• Maintain the integrity of enablement resources across Guru, intranet, and shared drives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Enablement.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience administering an LMS and using data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for event execution.
