What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of the Echelon leadership development and culture-building program, ensuring curriculum quality and continuity across cohorts.
• Develop learning content and program structures in partnership with internal SMEs and executive sponsors.
• Manage the end-to-end program calendar, cohort logistics, and operational cadence.
• Oversee the program budget, vendor relationships, and external facilitator engagements.
• Create measurement frameworks to track engagement, learning outcomes, and business impact.
• Synthesize participant feedback to recommend and implement data-driven program improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leadership, learning, or talent development in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder programs on time and on budget.
• Experience building and refining custom curriculum and learning materials.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define success metrics and translate feedback into program improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in biotech, AI, deeptech, or other scientific organizations.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms like HiBob or Greenhouse.
• Background in organizational development or change management.
• Experience building programs from scratch in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Ability to use AI tools for content development and operations.
