What you will do

• Design and implement engaging CRM programs to drive smart meter bookings.
• Develop data-driven customer contact strategies and statistically valid tests based on hypotheses.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across email, direct mail, and call centers.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, deliver forecasts, and execute a rigorous Test and Learn program.
• Write high-performance creative briefs for multi-channel communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM and developing marketing plans.
• Proficiency in executing email and direct mail campaigns.
• Experience in campaign forecasting and developing business cases for strategies.
• Ability to develop data-driven customer contact strategies in a performance marketing environment.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from Bristol, Glasgow, or London hubs at least once a week.
• Right to work in the UK is required (no sponsorship available).
