What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified pipeline growth
- Lead ABM programmes, partnering with Sales and Account Management to target priority accounts
- Collaborate with BDRs for effective lead handover and pipeline progression
- Use Clay and intent data tools to build, enrich, and activate prospect lists for precise targeting
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion rates
- Operate with pace and ownership, managing time effectively and removing blockers
Requirements
- At least 5 years track record in B2B demand generation within software, technology, or financial services
- Hands-on experience with ABM strategy and execution, including account selection, personalisation, and measurement
- Practical experience using Clay or similar data enrichment tools
- Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using tools like Claude for marketing workflows
- Strong data-driven mindset for analyzing funnel performance and driving improvements
