What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring commercial and creative objectives are met.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Project Director.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with junior and mid-level client stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence by setting up projects on platforms like Wrike and Workday.
• Analyze project performance and proactively refine processes to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
• Proven experience in managing CRM programmes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Keen interest in sport and entertainment culture.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations for client work and pitches.
