What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for product and engineering functions, from kick-off through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and interview processes.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.
• Manage candidate pipelines ensuring a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.
• Use market insights and hiring data to advise stakeholders on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve TA processes, tooling, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Significant in-house recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or scaling technology businesses.
• Proven experience hiring across technical functions and various seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and structured interviewing practices.
• Experience supporting international hiring and distributed teams.
• Must be based in the UK.
