What you will do

• Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analytical projects into specific geographies, business lines, or cost centers.
• Optimize and implement new FP&A software ('pigment') and improve financial modeling processes.
• Collaborate with management on ad-hoc requests across all departments.
• Develop and track annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and KPIs.
• Maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and headcount.

Requirements

• 4+ years in finance/accounting, including 2+ years in FP&A at a growth-stage software company
• BA in Economics, Finance, Business, or Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accuracy.

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with BI systems.
