What you will do

• Support the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Assist with month-end close activities to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
• Provide financial analysis and support for various teams, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Build ad-hoc financial models and reports as needed.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and explain variances.
• Collaborate with department heads to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and high standards of precision.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in building complex financial models and creating executive presentations.
• Daily use of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into professional workflows.
