Location: hirify.global (Global / Work from Anywhere)

Salary: €38,750 — €43,600 EUR

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process using Coupa, partnering with business owners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Onboard, monitor, and terminate vendor relationships while managing potential risks.
  • Track software license renewals to ensure continuity of services.
  • Collaborate with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities and address vendor non-performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, specifically for services and SaaS.
  • Strong track record of managing vendor relationships and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a globally distributed, asynchronous team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Coupa Intake & Orchestration.
