What you will do

• Own G&A, product, and engineering category spend and act as the primary vendor contact.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including intake, redlining, and renewals.
• Validate invoices and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Administer the corporate P-Card program and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, HR, and Finance to align procurement with business goals.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement operations or support.
• Expertise in procure-to-pay processes, including PO management and 3-way match.
• Experience with vendor contract lifecycles (review, redline, renewal).
• Must be based in Prague (hybrid role) and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) and MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zip, Tropic, NetSuite, or DocuSign.
• Background in the SaaS industry.
